I had a great experience at Custom Auto Body Collision. They did an excellent job on my car! Also, they went above and beyond and took care of an additional issue on my car. I spoke with them on a Wednesday and they were able to get me in the following Monday. They were great to work with, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

I took my JEEP in for a windshield replacement and an estimate after being hit, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The team was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. When it was time for me to pick it back up, it was brand new and spotless. I really appreciated their excellent work and service!

I spoke with 3 body shops. I chose this one because of the professionalism of Brandi, the receptionist. I had never been in an accident and had no knowledge of the process for repair. She was kind, empathetic, and explained the process in detail. I did not receive that willingness to explain from anyone else. After the body shop completed their work on the car, one can’t even tell it had been backed into. I am thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend them.

If only I could give zero stars. Terrible experience. Every time I came to pickup my vehicle there was another explanation as to why the car still couldn’t start, and why I had to pay more money (again). After a few months and paying well over the origional estimate, I decided to have it towed elsewhere. Im now down a few thousand and still without a car. Learn from my mistake and run from this shop. Make sure you have your vehicle properly diagnosed before you bring your vehicle here. Can they do autobody work? Id hope so. Can they diagnose a vehicle without throwing money at random parts? Apparently not. Maybe you’ll have a different experience but I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanical or diagnostic services.

Brandon & Brandy made sure to go above and beyond for me and my vehicle. They made sure to get everything done and did supplemental with Turo to make sure that I got everything fixed. 10/10 customer service and work! Here are some before and after shots!
